Agger signs new deal

Liverpool’s Daniel Agger has ended speculation regarding his future at Anfield by signing a deal to keep him until 2014.

The center back was in the news with a possible oust at the end of the season but positive reports emerged when he held talks with the club’s management to extend contract by four years.

Agger with his thunderous left foot hits is comparable to former Liverpool player,John Arne Risse.
